SPOILED

Hello Friends & Family--

I thought I'd share just some of the presents that Cameron received for Christmas this year. This picture is still lacking some, and of course all of the clothes he received as well. We can't thank you enough for all of the gifts (he certainly doesn't need anymore-ha!).

Probably a bit over stimulated...

We've opted not to open all of them and we'll bring out a couple here and there. There just isn't room to have them all out!

And another photo just for fun :)

A family pic taking at Chris' BNI Christmas party.

Our 1st Family Christmas

Hello Friends & Family--

We opted to do a small exchange just the three of us before all of our Christmas travels. It's time to start traditions of our own, and although he's too young to understand we will start some of those now. One of which will be a new pair of pj's to wear for Christmas! I'd like to have Chris and I join in, but I'm no sure how Daddy will like that :)

Here's a few pictures of our time together.

Cooper wanted to join in...
New monkey pi's!
Clothes :)

He loves his new learning bear!

We look a little more presentable now :)

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

36 Weeks!

Hello Friends & Family--

January 6th Cameron was 36 weeks! I tried to do this photo shoot by myself, but Cameron had other plans. We had to call in Daddy to help. I'm not sure if he's every going to sit still by that bear again (the entire purpose of comparing his size). Oh well, it makes for a good laugh!

And although we are not officially crawling we are scooting forward! If there is something worth getting he'll make an attempt to get it, if there's something to pull off of or even push off on he'll do it! Time to get the baby gates ready!

35 Weeks and 8 months!

Hello Friends & Family--

December 30th marked 35 weeks, and the 29th marked 8 months! He's growing up too fast, I can hardly keep up! So far this is my favorite stage (aren't they all though), he's really engaged with his toys and loves learning new things. He can't play with one toy for too long though! We've been teaching him different concepts: up and down, on and off, open and shut. I think he gets them too :)

Just for my record keeping purposes, Cam is in 9 month clothing. He was in 6 month clothing for the LONGEST time. I guess I won't complain because he got good use out of all those clothes! He hit a growth spurt and finally doesn't look like he's growing in 9 month clothes. The last time we weighed him at home he was at 17 lbs.

Always into things ;)

Christmas in Iowa

Hello Friends & Family--

The next stop in our Christmas journey was Iowa. Thankfully the weather was cooperative and we didn't have any issues (this can be touch-and-go). We spent Christmas with Grandma & Grandpa Masters and Aunt Alysia & Abby. It's always a house full when we come because we travel with a baby, a cat and two huskies :) They already have two cats so it's quite the animal house!

A couple of new hats! But the box was best!

Cameron is now decked out with some new clothes and reading material and lots of new noise making toys. His new cell phone will hopefully keep him away from mine :) Again, where am I going to put all of this new stuff?

Christmas in Nebraska

Hello Friends & Family--

The last stop on our Christmas journey was back to my beloved home state, Nebraska! I love coming 'home' for many reasons: Runza, speed limit of 75 mph, "The Good Life" AND of course my family.  Sidenote, we missed out on Runza this year and I am very sad :( This year was definitely bittersweet with my Dad not being with us, but overall I think it was a good holiday. We missed out on all of the family celebrations, but we still were able to catch-up with most everyone. A trip to the Damn Bar (My Great Grandparents used to own this bar many years ago) in Rockville, NE was a perfect way to visit everyone! Plus we were able to visit my Grandma Dee in Ravenna and Show her how much Cameron had grown since August. We missed a few special people and I wish it would have worked out to see everyone.

At this point in our trip a u-haul trailer was looking good for toting back all of Cam's new toys/clothes! Either that or we could have left the dogs behind! You'd think with our massive vehicle we'd have no issues, but with our entire crew and all of our stuff it's easy to get packed in like sardines. Plus Grandma Ninny gave Cameron a HUGE gift...pictured below :)

Christmas in Monroe

Hello Friends & Family--

We spent Christmas Eve in Monroe with Chris' side of the family. We haven't spent Christmas with them in a long time, so it was nice to be able to do this! We have a TON of family to visit during the holidays, so it's always difficult finding a good schedule.

Cameron was of course spoiled beyond belief. We have one lucky little guy who should be entertained for hours now! The next question is where to we begin to put all of this stuff (and this is only the 1st of 3 Christmases!)

We had good food and good company, who could ask for more? Thanks for everything!

Say cheese!

What Cameron did best...rolled around on the floor!

The whole gang!

Unfortunately there are not any pictures of Cameron opening gifts because it took both Chris and I to open them at all, if that says anything!

Love,

Chris, Amber & Cameron
